KALMIA d.o.o. is a Slovenian company specialised in business digitalisation and optimisation, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence solutions into companies. The company also operates in the field of digital strategies that support the digital transformation of businesses. In cooperation with EDIH DIGI-SI, KALMIA developed a proof of concept (PoC) for marketing an advanced AI solution designed to provide improved access to information and intelligent support for the management and automation of business processes.

First, a structured consulting and development process was carried out, focusing on user experience, communication design and the market presentation of the platform. Particular emphasis was placed on preparing content materials for landing pages, improving the visual and functional elements of the user interface, and ensuring a clear and consistent presentation of the solution’s technological capabilities.

Cooperation with an external expert also enabled the development of tactical marketing proposals and communication solutions tailored to individual digital channels. The purpose of these activities was to ensure that the technologically advanced AI solution is presented in a way that is understandable, user-friendly and commercially effective.

The company first presented the current state of the platform, its marketing objectives and the key challenges related to communicating a complex AI solution. This was followed by an analysis of the existing content, user interface and communication materials. Based on this, proposals were prepared to improve the content structure, unify messaging, and upgrade the visual and functional design of the user interface.

The next phase focused on developing tactical marketing and communication solutions for various channels, with an emphasis on clearly presenting the added value of the AI solution, its sustainability aspects and user benefits. The process concluded with the validation of all prepared content and recommendations, as well as an agreement on the next steps for implementation and potential further development of the platform.

The results of the cooperation enabled KALMIA d.o.o. to establish a clearly structured and communication-consistent platform for marketing its AI solution. The improved user experience and unified visual identity contributed to greater clarity of the solution and a stronger presentation of its technological and sustainability-related advantages.

Key benefits for the company include:

  • reduced risk in further investment in the development and marketing of the AI solution,
  • improved understanding of target users and their needs,
  • strengthened ability to clearly communicate complex AI functionalities,
  • concrete foundations for the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns,
  • increased digital and innovation maturity of the company.

This example contributes to the more effective market adoption of AI solutions, as it highlights the importance of user-centred design and clear communication of technological innovation. In doing so, it helps reduce the gap between the development of advanced technologies and their actual practical use.

From an economic perspective, the cooperation strengthens the competitiveness of KALMIA d.o.o., improves its market visibility and confirms the added value of EDIH DIGI-SI services in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of digital transformation.
