When Artificial Intelligence Starts Performing Tasks
In this workshop, you will learn how to build and use AI agents to automate specific business processes. Through hands-on work, you will test modern tools, such as OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI and LangGraph, and develop simple solutions of your own.

What does this mean in practice?
Automating repetitive tasks
An AI agent can independently collect data, process documents, prepare summaries or reports, and perform other routine tasks.
Multiple agents for a single business process
A more complex process can be divided among several specialized agents, for example from market analysis to preparing an offer and subsequent communication.
Connecting with existing systems
AI agents can be connected to ERP, CRM or internal databases and act as digital assistants for employees.
From idea to a working prototype
Through practical exercises, you will learn how to quickly develop a prototype of your own agentic AI solution, without developing your own machine learning model.
Who is the workshop intended for?
The workshop is intended for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and employees who want to explore the possibilities of automating tasks and business processes using AI agents.

Lecturer: Andrej Duh
Andrej Duh is an expert in the fields of artificial intelligence, Big Data and software development. He works as a technical lead, architect, developer, co-founder and lecturer. In his work, he uses Python, TypeScript, C++ and Java. He has more than 25 years of experience working with international companies.
His training sessions are based on hands-on work and understanding technology through concrete examples and the development of working solutions.
