On Friday, May 31, 2024, the Pomurska Chamber of Commerce will host the event Demystification of large databases and data spaces in agri-food, where representatives of the Innovation Technology Cluster Murska Sobota and the Agricultural Forestry Institute Murska Sobota will present the importance of joint action for the development of data spaces in agri-food. The digitization of the agri-food sector and the digital transformation of agriculture are at the forefront of the new common agricultural policy and the European Green Deal, and in this process the development and research community plays a key role, the so-called Demo farms gathered around the digital innovation junction DIH AGRIFOOD. This enables its partners and users to develop and research activities and offers services for digital transformation in the field of agriculture, farmers’ associations, food producers, solution providers and other organizations.

The event is intended for all agricultural consultants and farms that are already included in the Demo Farm system and actively participate in the research and development activities of DIH AGRIFOOD or they are planning on it.
