With the aim of making European companies more competitive on the global market, we are organising a financial workshop on new investment opportunities.
The workshop is aimed at start-ups when they find themselves at a point where they are not in a position to make a major investment, as more money is needed to take a more concrete step than they can raise e.g. through alternative financing options (crowdfunding).
The project to attract investment is part of a European initiative to attract additional crowdfunding funding opportunities for SMEs. The investments are between €500,000 and €2 million.
Together with its partners, Palmatrix has developed a system that allows a company to tokenise a share today, either on the Bitcoin network or on Ethereum. In this workshop, you will learn about the possible implementations so that your company (more specifically, the tokens representing your company’s shares, which have an exceptional added value in terms of global distribution) can be recognised by any institution that could raise the confidence and interest of potential investors in your company. The system is also legally aligned with institutions such as the Securities Market Agency, the Bank of Slovenia, the Stock Exchange. The Government of the Republic of Slovenia, the Bank of Slovenia, the Securities Market Agency, the Ministry of Finance, the Central Securities Clearing Corporation and the Ljubljana Stock Exchange are also involved in the project.
The workshop will be held online and live at the Ljubljana Technology Park.
