State Aid (GBER) Information

EDIH DIGI-SI 2.0 services are co-funded by the European Union under the Digital Europe Programme (Grant Agreement No. 101256803) and by national funding provided by the Republic of Slovenia.

Depending on the nature of the service, national co-funding is provided under the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER), Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014.

Article 18 – Consultancy Support for SMEs

This scheme is used for selected advisory services provided to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The support is available exclusively to eligible SMEs.

Article 28 – Innovation Advisory and Innovation Support Services

This scheme is used for innovation-related advisory and support services helping SMEs develop, validate, adopt and commercialise innovative solutions.

Support under this scheme is available exclusively to eligible SMEs.

Please note that the total amount of aid granted under Article 28 may not exceed EUR 220,000 per undertaking within any three-year period.

Article 31 – Training Aid

This scheme is used for training activities, workshops, seminars and other skills development services.

Support is available exclusively to eligible SMEs.

Article 27 – Innovation Clusters

This scheme is used for ecosystem-building activities, innovation cluster services and collaborative activities supporting the wider innovation ecosystem.

Aid is granted to the innovation cluster and not directly to participating companies.
