The service supports the use of advanced digital solutions for more efficient management of agricultural activities, precision farming, and data-driven decision-making. It includes the use of Digital Field Book tools, remote sensing data, and AI-supported analyses and recommendations for fertilization planning, field management, and improvement of reporting processes. Through the use of digital data tools, the service supports decision-making in agricultural activities and more efficient agricultural production management. It is intended for SMEs and farms with a medium to advanced level of digital maturity.

Financing:
Co-financing Conditions for EDIH DIGI-SI 2.0 Services

 

The EDIH DIGI-SI 2.0 project is co-financed by the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme, under Grant Agreement No. 101256803, and by national funds of the Republic of Slovenia.

The financing of each individual service is provided from:

  • 50% from the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme;
  • 50% from national funds of the Republic of Slovenia under State aid scheme BE03-2632586-2024.

 

The national part of the co-financing is granted in accordance with Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (GBER).

The national part of the co-financing under scheme BE03-2632586-2024 is available exclusively to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as defined in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014. Large enterprises, public authorities, public institutions and other organisations that do not meet the SME eligibility criteria are not eligible for co-financing under this scheme.

 

By registering for the service, the company confirms that:

  • it meets the criteria for a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise (SME);
  • it is eligible to receive State aid under scheme BE03-2632586-2024;
  • the total amount of aid for innovation advisory and support services under Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014, received over any three-year period, together with the aid received under the EDIH DIGI-SI 2.0 project, does not exceed EUR 220,000;
  • it accepts the financing conditions of the service;
  • upon request by the service provider, it will provide the data and declarations required for the recording, monitoring and verification of State aid.

 

The company acknowledges that the national part of the co-financing is granted in accordance with Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 and that the total amount of aid for innovation advisory and support services under this Article must not exceed EUR 220,000 per company over any three-year period.

The service is free of charge for eligible recipients within the EDIH DIGI-SI 2.0 project, subject to the availability of funds.
