Financing:
Co-financing Conditions for EDIH DIGI-SI 2.0 Services

 

The EDIH DIGI-SI 2.0 project is co-financed by the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme, under Grant Agreement No. 101256803, and by national funds of the Republic of Slovenia.

 

The financing of each individual service is provided from:

  • 50% from the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme;
  • 50% from national funds of the Republic of Slovenia under State aid scheme BE01-2632586-2024.

 

The national part of the co-financing is granted in accordance with Article 31 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (GBER).

The national part of the co-financing under scheme BE01-2632586-2024 is available exclusively to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as defined in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014. Large enterprises, public authorities, public institutions and other organisations that do not meet the SME eligibility criteria are not eligible for co-financing under this scheme.

 

By registering for the service, the company confirms that:

  • it meets the criteria for a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise (SME);
  • it is eligible to receive State aid under scheme BE01-2632586-2024;
  • it accepts the financing conditions of the service;
  • upon request by the service provider, it will provide the data and declarations required for the recording, monitoring and verification of State aid.

 

The service is free of charge for eligible recipients within the EDIH DIGI-SI 2.0 project, subject to the availability of funds.
