Skills and Maturity / Baseline Readiness Assessment

Technology readiness

Assess your readiness to adopt advanced digital technologies and identify key areas for improvement. Receive recommendations for a more successful technology adoption process.

The Technology Readiness Assessment helps organisations understand how prepared they are to adopt and use selected advanced digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), High-Performance Computing (HPC), Data Spaces, Cybersecurity, or other emerging technologies. The assessment is based on structured questionnaires and methodologies designed to evaluate organisational, technological, and skills readiness.
Upon completion, organisations receive a report containing an analysis of their current situation, identified gaps, and recommendations for the successful adoption of the selected technology.

What does it include?

  • Assessment of readiness for a selected technology
  • Gap and capability analysis
  • Recommendation report
  • Suggested next steps

The financing of each individual service is provided from:

  • 50% from the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme;
  • 50% from national funds of the Republic of Slovenia under State aid scheme BE03-2632586-2024.

The national part of the co-financing is granted in accordance with Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (GBER).

The national part of the co-financing under scheme BE03-2632586-2024 is available exclusively to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as defined in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014. Large enterprises, public authorities, public institutions and other organisations that do not meet the SME eligibility criteria are not eligible for co-financing under this scheme.

  • it accepts the financing conditions of the service;
  • upon request by the service provider, it will provide the data and declarations required for the recording, monitoring and verification of State aid.

The company acknowledges that the national part of the co-financing is granted in accordance with Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 and that the total amount of aid for innovation advisory and support services under this Article must not exceed EUR 220,000 per company over any three-year period.
