On Monday, October 23, 2023, the seminar Demystification of artificial intelligence in medicine and healthcare was held, conducted by the founder and head of the Laboratory for Intelligent Systems at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Maribor, Prof. Dr. Vili Podgorelec.
At the seminar, the participants got an insight into the importance of data science and the basic ideas and concepts of machine learning, which is one of the key areas of artificial intelligence. In the foreground were the mechanisms of artificial intelligence, which the lecturer presented using practical and interesting examples.
