KM FEST is an international platform for partnership cooperation between organisers of knowledge management events in the fields of business digitisation technologies, Industry 4.0 business models, virtual innovation communities, and the management and governance of modern research, innovation and development projects and programmes.
KM FEST is one of the open innovation platforms of the international virtual living laboratory LENS Living Lab®, facilitated by the ICT group INTESO Group. This year’s twenty-first KM FEST follows the successful format of organising thematic industry-academia partnership events for the exchange of knowledge and practices, which for the fifth time has been co-organised together with the regional partners of the digital innovation hub ROBOFLEX Centre of Excellence and the representatives of the global network of partners LENS Living Lab®. This time it is the organisation of virtual interactive workshops addressing the challenges of managing modern development processes of digitisation, interweaving theory and practice.
On 15 October 2024, a presentation of practical examples will be held, complemented by roundtables to share experiences in the field of digitisation, identify good practices and criteria to determine the maturity of the management and governance of industrial, research and innovation partnership projects and programmes. The workshop is aimed at experts, managers, consultants, academics, researchers and other stakeholders interested in such projects.
