Activities within the service

1. Inquiry and consultation – the client provides basic information about the desired design (type of material, purpose, visual preferences, other), more detailed information is exchanged and details and expectations are agreed. Based on the analysis of all the information, OMID d.o.o. prepares a quotation and a customised solution plan, which includes a more detailed specification of the service, an implementation timeframe and a cost estimate.
2. Analysis and conceptual design – upon receipt of a quotation from the client and the client’s issued order to OMID d.o.o., OMID d.o.o. examines the requirements and prepares conceptual proposals that match the visual identity and brand objectives or requirements of the order.
3. Graphic design – based on the agreed concept, a first draft is produced, including colour schemes, typography and overall visual style.
4. Presentation and revisions – the client receives a first draft for preview and provides any feedback. Depending on the previously agreed terms of business or work, the design is adjusted as necessary or agreed until the optimum result is achieved.
5. Completion and delivery – after approval of the final version, the client receives the prepared files in the appropriate formats (e.g. PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.), suitable for print or digital use.
6. We may offer or provide an external printing contractor, subject to agreement with the client.
