DIGI-SI Meet up at KM FEST: Digitisation projects and programmes – Sharing applied research results

KM FEST is an international platform for partnership cooperation between organisers of knowledge management events in the fields of business digitisation technologies, Industry 4.0 business models, virtual innovation communities, and the management and governance of modern research, innovation and development projects and programmes.

KM FEST is one of the open innovation platforms of the international virtual living laboratory LENS Living Lab®, facilitated by the ICT group INTESO Group. This year’s twenty-first KM FEST follows the successful format of organising thematic industry-academia partnership events for the exchange of knowledge and practices, which for the fifth time has been co-organised together with the regional partners of the digital innovation hub ROBOFLEX Centre of Excellence and the representatives of the global network of partners LENS Living Lab®. This time it is the organisation of virtual interactive workshops addressing the challenges of managing modern development processes of digitisation, interweaving theory and practice.

An Applied Research Results Exchange Workshop will be held on 14 October 2024. The aim of the workshop is to learn about new research discoveries, findings and ideas from research organisations, universities, professional organisations and industry studying the development processes of digital transformation. The workshop aims to organise a space of value for the presentation of new developments, critical assessments of the state of the art of existing practices, targeted constructive debate between researchers, advanced users and other interested stakeholders, with the aim of finding recommendations useful for practice and further applied research.
