Demystification of Modern Artificial Intelligence Tools and Examples of Practical Applications

20. November, 2025 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

We invite you to the professional seminar Demystifying Modern AI Tools and Examples of Practical Application, where participants will explore the fundamental principles of modern artificial intelligence tools, learn about their limitations, and discover ways to effectively integrate them into their daily work.
Theoretical insights will be complemented by practical examples from marketing, report preparation, and software development. Participants will also have the opportunity to address challenges they bring with them. The course is suitable for a broad audience and does not require any programming knowledge. Attendees will receive clear templates and checklists that can be applied immediately.

Participants will learn about:

  • the fundamental concepts and limitations of artificial intelligence;
  • safe and responsible use (privacy/GDPR, bias, copyright, hallucinations) and simple methods for verifying results;
  • what makes an effective prompt: clear goal, relevant context, constraints, tone, target audience, and self-review;
  • how to transform their own challenges into clear, structured prompts and integrate them into everyday workflows;
  • practical examples of application, including those proposed by participants.

Seminar objectives:

  • to clarify AI concepts and technologies and make them accessible to a broader audience;
  • to demonstrate how well-crafted prompts improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency of work;
  • to enable participants to prepare their own prompts with built-in validation and basic usage principles;
  • to strengthen a culture of responsible, compliant, and verifiable use of artificial intelligence within organizations.
